EXPERIENCE ARCHITECTURE
In philosophy, experience is defined as "the totality of the cognitions given by perception; all that is perceived, understood, and remembered."
It takes a combination of strategic, tactical, and engineering thinking to create truly exceptional experiences, both on and offline. We can't create great user experiences by not working together from the beginning of the process to the end.
ADVERTISING
People are now able to create and distribute content through networked conversations like never before. We are the eighth mass medium. With the choice of content and distribution channels now available, in advertising we can no longer rely on the mass marketing model born in the industrial age. Markets are conversations - brands and products must join in and use the dialogue as a platform.
