In my role as independent contractor I have been a co-producer for three plays and two short films in Los Angeles. I was also a company manager for a theatre ensemble's play production in Los Angeles. I have also been an advisor/manager/agent to independent musicians in Chicago where I have helped with booking gigs, writing and editing press releases, creating media kits and CD covers, marketing CD release parties, doing follow up calls and on-site event duties. I recently attended a few familiarization events at Wyndam and Pheasan Run as a meeting planner.

The Chicago Park District's Citywide Symphony Orchestra has surpassed it's 58th season, and is currently recruiting new members. Classical musicians are welcome to join. Auditions are not necessary. The is a wonderful opportunity for people who wish to breathe new life into an old instrument that's collecting dust in the closet and play with an orchestra again.
All rehearsals are held at Jefferson Park, 4822 N. Long Ave, on Chicago's northwest side, near the Jefferson Park CTA terminal. For more information e-mail citywidesymphony@hotmail.com or see their website at www.citywideorchestra.org or call Jefferson Park at (773) 685-3316.
