Karen Syed’s Summary

As a publisher, my job is high stress and high activity. Lots of traveling and dealing with a multitude of personalities. It didn't take long before I became rundown and irritable, so I'm told. One of my new author's voiced his concern that my constant bad health and bouts of exhaustion were a detriment to him and my ability to promote him and his novel, I had to listen.

He put me in contact with his wife, Diane Helmold and she talked to me about the benefits to my health and my state of mind. Being the skeptic that I am, I had already waffled for months with my author, but Diane had me listen to some experiences and I decided to give it a try. Not expecting any results other than a pull on my wallet, I was not optimistic.

Within a couple of weeks I began to see wonderful, if not dramatic changes in the way I felt and more importantly in the way I slept. For twenty-five or more years I had not generally slept more than 3 or 4 hours a night (unless I was horribly ill) and it served to keep me depressed, achy, and near exhaustion all the time. In the first two weeks on Reliv, I began to feel more energetic. I also noticed a slight decrease in my hunger and cravings (I was previously diagnosed as an Obsessive Compulsive Binge Eater--this is a wicked battle for me.)

The most dramatic improvement since going on the Classic/Innergize/FibRestore products is my sleeping habits. I no longer take 4 Advil, 2 Excedrin PM, and a Melatonin to sleep four hours (restlessly). I get into bed, I fall asleep on my own (peacefully,) and wake up (without an alarm 8-9 hours later.) Not only am I sleeping sounder, I am waking up refreshed and the muscles aches and pains have begun to subside.

I am excited about my upcoming experiences with the new Slimplicity product. I am teetering dangerously between 260-270 pounds and I can't weight to watch those pounds and inches disappear from my body. To date I have lost 15 pounds and 4 inches.
