I have over 20 years of broad and deep global experience at building software products and teams, as a engineer and as a manager, with the full software system product development lifecycle.
As a team member in ABB Corporate Research, I coach and support ABB business units in software architecture, requirements engineering, verification and validation, and technology. I also collaborate with university and professional colleagues on independent research and publications in the area of software architecture and processes. I hold two US patents for software technology innovations.
I enjoy applying my training and experiences in agile approaches, CMMI-based appraisals and improvement, as an SEI-authorized PSP Instructor and TSP Coach, and as a Certified ScrumMaster. Becoming one of the first PSP Certified Developers in the world reflects my personal commitment to 'walking the talk', as well as to consistently delivering high quality work.
