Goals: To build the Hungry Souls spiritual mentoring ministry nationally. To launch the Global Bag Project in several development project overseas by the end of 2009. To create a writer's team to discover and publish or broadcast the "good stories." To finish my novel by the end of 2009 and publish it outside of the religious markets.

Used inner city church planting to "brown" the understanding of the trustees and to create a productive dialogue on ethnicity particularly as it related to ethnicity on university campuses.
Created a relational model of doing board business by emphasizing community and designing committees, relationships with national center staff and field staff around that model.
Stimulated a dialogue on women in leadership for theologically conservative Christian organizations using natural gifts of charm, humor, intellect, and a deep belief in the remarkable potential of both genders. Moved consciousness into a safe understanding without resorting to diatribe.
