A seasoned litigator and business lawyer, I can offer full-service legal advice. My career has focused particularly on the cross roads between media and technology industries. I have published and given presentations on topics such as First Amendment, copyright law on the Internet, trademarks, and leadership. Prior to joining TiVo Inc., where I serve as Director of Legal Affairs, I worked in-house at The Washington Post and at a top 100 firm.

Provide risk assessment and practical guidance on issues such as DMCA compliance, open source code, fair use of content, intellectual property disputes, promotions, and false and deceptive advertising practices.
