I found the stories found in Japanese animation to be a fascinating hybrid of Western and Eastern culture and mythology; considering a career in anime or manga, I decided to learn the language.
In addition to 3 majors, I also supported myself by working 3 jobs: Seven Springs' Leasing Agent, Business Office Administrative Assistant, and Island Club Activities Coordinator. In my spare time, I rescued, rehabilitated, and found loving homes for 31 stray felines and volunteered at the Defenders of Animal Rights SPCA non-kill shelter.
