Very active in Usability Professionals' Association. Currently serving on the Board of Directors, and have served on the local Chapter board of directors for over five years.

The Minnesota Chapter of UPA is a lively community of professionals in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. In my tenure as President, I recruited volunteers and board members, plan and run monthly events. Membership nearly doubled in this timeframe.

I was responsible for concepting of key products and services, web UI design, and vendor management on several initiatives. I was still a Cargill employee at this time - seconded into the Rooster.com business for about a year.
