    Working with customers my roles is focused on architecture, enablement, execution and assurance of change to the enterprise. Typical challenges in the preparation and planning of significant change includes; developing sourcing strategies, architecture planning, understanding business requirements and governance in developing ecosystems.

    In Cisco we thrive on ensuring continuous development of what and how we deliver to customers; as a result I am involved in a number of internal development initiatives to evolve our strategic services delivery capabilities.
