- URALSIB Bank is the union of 5 largest member banks of URALSIB Corporation in RUSSIA. The main project, viewed at a bigger picture wasto provide a banking solution as per the Russian Banking Standards which differs quite much from International Banking Standards.
- The tasks involved discussion with the testing team in understanding defects raised, enhancements and bug fixing. Special emphasis was placed on fixing the EOD - End of Day & BOD - Beginning of Day jobs related bugs and reconciliation of changes from parallel releases.

Project: Regular Conversion of Finacle Menus & Other Enhancements

Awards: "Rookie of the Year Award" for 2005 from amongst a 350 strong Chennai unit
- The project involved conversion of many existing menus and also enhance functionalities for Finacle Core. The project involved conversion of existing applet menus to the Finacle ONS (Online Services) architecture, for menus that were not supported by the custom built framework. Also, to a lesser extent the work involved enhancing and adding new features to the existing menus in the development baseline.
- Requirement and development life cycle activities.
- Led a small team of freshers helping them setup and work on some framework based conversion menus.
- Was part of a core team of 10 helping in scaling up a 75+ team for the project.
