I started Kakoon.com In 1997 in New York City to help Job Seekers find work more easyer from their city and State Nation wide. When we begin there was only a few hundred job boards on the internet at that time. Now there are over 30 thousands Globally. My experience to this industry is simple, Inovation. I believe the industry was holding on to the principles of hold, which does not really transform the future potential of what this industry could become. I believe Inovation should be a constant process, which is at the core of any Organization growth and customers commitment as well as sustainability for that industry. Thinking and using out side influence are two different think. However, Out side support can be a good thing for any organization vision.
