- Lead and assisted in research of material alternatives, both those that were cost reduction requests by the customer as well as internally.
- Maintained frequent and direct contact with customer engineering as well as management and purchasing to assure that to the best of our ability, the engineering needs of the customer were met to their satisfaction.
