Currently, I do this by coordinating the development and distribution of videos, blog posts, webinars, email newsletters and other resources that AWeber's Education Team creates.
In the past, I have written blog posts for an AdAge Power 150-ranked blog, planned and executed email campaigns with emphases on sales and retention, and produced and run over a hundred webinars and a number of videos.

I help teach business owners to be better email marketers.
To do this, I coordinate the resources that AWeber's growing Education Team creates and distributes to customers and prospects. These resources primarily consist of videos, blog posts, articles, webinars and email newsletters.
I also represent AWeber in the online marketing community and act as an evangelist for permission-based email marketing best practices. To do this, I participate in a number of online communities - notably Twitter, the Email Marketers Club and LinkedIn - and attend Internet marketing, email marketing and email delivery conferences on behalf of AWeber.

March 2006 — January 2009 (2 years 11 months)
When AWeber founded an Education Marketing Team in 2006, I moved from focusing on inbound support to helping our customers become better email marketers.
I helped launch the AWeber Blog in 2006; as of May 2009, approximately 19,500 subscribers read the email marketing tips and case studies published there and the blog is ranked #192 in the AdAge Power 150 listing of top marketing blogs.
In 2007, I helped launch a series of webinars that teach customers how to maximize their email campaigns' effectiveness using AWeber. As of May 2009, approximately 200 people attend our webinars each week.
I also began during this time to represent AWeber in various online communities, and to attend marketing conferences on behalf of AWeber.

October 2004 — March 2006 (1 year 6 months)
As a CSS, I helped users create and manage permisson-based email campaigns using AWeber's web-based email marketing software.
Responsibilities included answering customer questions on using AWeber as well as a wide variety of email marketing-related topics (including best practices and anti-spam legislation). I also trained fellow team members on how to deliver the best possible customer experience while helping users by phone, email and livechat.
