In all situations, I've been able to find entrepreneurial opportunities and have realized that hard work and good ideas are only half of the ingredients needed to find success. The remaining two are finding important problems and developing relationships, because a business or employee does not succeed alone.

My short-term goal is always to add value to whatever I'm working on. My long-term goal is to find a handful of important problems that require enough commitment so that myself and my company can focus on them and make a positive difference.
