Market Development & Collaboration Manager at SITA
Southampton, United Kingdom
9 years experience in a broad range of telecommunications roles, with time spent working in Product Management, Marketing and Professional Services (Consulting). These positions have given me the opportunity to develop new Products and Services as well as work with Account Teams & customers on large tenders and campaigns.
Most recently my role has been to help facilitate the development of a Professional Service team and this has included looking at the requirements for Knowledge Management and Collaboration tools and processes as well as the creation of new Consulting Service offerings.
