Prior to 1998 Justin worked as full time programmer for several companies including Telstra, Open Technology and Logica and was involved in many large scale and complex development projects.
In 1997 Justin formed his own company, Class Software, and since then has managed and developed more than a 100 web applications, database driven web sites, multimedia applications and semiconnected desktop applications.

Justin has a wide range of skills and experience, including;
• In-depth knowledge of ColdFusion, Flex, ActionScript and AIR.
• Database design and development including enterprise databases such as Sybase, Oracle and SQL server.
• Web application development including usability, accessibility and interface design as well as detailed knowledge of HTML, XHTML, CSS, Javascript, web standards, web services, XML, E4X, Spry, AJAX, microformats, RIAs, CMSs, workflow systems, web hosting and security.
• Software and hardware development with the open source Arduino platform.
