My experience is broad in the IT industry, having done Unix System Administration, Windows administration, and Web Server administration. The last 4 years I have been focused on Identity and Access Management technologies. I have experience working with Siteminder and assisting over a thousand customers running the CA Siteminder Web Agent on every platform and web server imaginable. Solaris, Windows, HP-UX, AIX, ZSuse on Apache 2.0.x, 2.2, Iplanet 6, Sun Java Server 7, IIS, IBM HTTPD 6...etc..
Currently I am a team lead who oversees a staff of 4 people as we strive to perform the best customer service possible. My team has a commitment to delivering the best performance from our applications and providing lightning fast solutions to any problems that arise as well as creative implementations to solving customers deliverables and expectations.
