Chief Technology Officer of Escalate Retail. Escalate Retail is the leader in enterprise software for multi-channel marketers, retailers and catalog companies. Our integrated suite of applications includes call center, web/ecommerce, point of sale, merchandising, customer service, fulfillment, warehousing, business intelligence, purchasing, shipping and returns management systems.
Over the past three years Escalate Retail(Formerly Ecometry) has gone through tremendous growth doubling in size each of the past two years. In 2005 we acquired Blue Martini and ADS Retail and in 2006 we completed the aquisition and merger of GERS based in San Diego.
During my 17 year career in technology, I have served as a senior technology manager with a division of Dow Chemical - Buildscape in research triangle park, NC where we produced demand chain software for manufacturers and distributors. Prior to Dow, I served as Chief Technology Officer of Visual Fire, a software development company focused on providing an ecommerce platform for high-volume transactional sales.
Prior to this, I was an entrepreneur and built a sucessful software company writing and selling several software packages in the communications and information space.
