In less than 4 years I grew the company to a multi-national business present in 3 different countries (United-Kingdom, France & Morocco) with 4 offices (Liverpool, Bordeaux, Marrakech & Casablanca), opening the first foreign office in less than 12 months of the companies start date.
I achieve ISO 9001 by myself (with the help of an external consultant)
I worn every hat possible in a company accross countries and languages, dealing with Human Resources (different employment law), business law, different way of doing business, flying in different countries every month to look after everyone.
I managed to build a strong core of loyal employees and motivate them to make the most of their intellectual capacity and pushing them to be better, without forgetting to reward them when targets were met, which most of them now work for very large IT companies.
I learnt a tremenduous amount during these years, which makes me now a better IT professional, because this is what I am good at.
