Manager of User Experiences at Lumos Labs
San Francisco Bay Area
I'm a web veteran, having spent many years designing, building, and managing large-scale websites and web applications. My passion for understanding how people use technology has lead me to focus on user experience research. At Safari Books Online I developed a user research program, involving usability research, surveying, community involvement, web analytics, and ethnographic inquiry. I do everything from developing research protocols to moderating task analysis sessions to translating research findings into product enhancement and marketing strategy.
