1. For businesses in growth mode, I carry out customer experience management. I love interviewing their customers by phone. They say wonderful things about the business that they would never have told anyone at the business.
2. To support the business's marketing plan, I then prepare stories.
3. I convert the stories to various professional desktop-published documents so that the businesses can circulate these results via electronic distribution, Constant Contact-type vendors, PDF, print, Email newsletters and Web content. Or maybe on the back of their business cards!
4. I also set up, update and maintain contact management databases to support marketing communications.
