Responsible for the conception and management of UOL products with emphasis on E-commerce. Product Owner of Shopping UOL, online service of price comparison. For TodaOferta, online auctions service, created information architecture documentation.
As a Product Owner performed the following activities:
• Product Backlog management, detailing requirements for new and existent features, focusing a great user experience and ensuring that products meet great standards of usability and design excellence.
• User stories prioritization among business areas and stakeholders;
• Creation of wireframes, sitemaps, definition of task flows and the participation on the definition of texts and layouts
• Insure successful implementation among front-end engineers and technical developers.
I also coordinated the development by UOL partners of strategic studies of competition (benchmarking) and usability studies to some products of the portal, such as Bate Papo UOL (chat platform), UOL Host (host service) and UOL WiFi (WiFi access provider).
