Substantial experience in unemployment insurance, the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, refundable tax credits (e.g. the EITC), matched savings accounts, asset-building/financial stability campaigns, predatory lending, Medicaid, CHIP, and mental health parity legislation.
