Inspired, effective writer/coach on career transformation and non-profit management
Greater New York City Area
I have almost 30 years experience in senior management positions in non-profit industry in New York City. Drawing on that experience, I now help people identify and achieve their mission and life purpose. My own purpose is to coach people to find and achieve the "right fit" in their lives and work. This involves helping people grow in their careers, find and pursue their passion, develop leadership ability, market themselves effectively, and transform their careers - and usually also their entire lives.
Each person comes with their own special circumstances, talents and wishes. I have a set of tools that suit each person individually to enable them to reach their goals. I guide most people to identify a clear vision and mission and an action plan to bring those to reality. For those seeking new employment, I assist them in market themselves to prospective employers. I support people to identify what kind of work and work environment will make them happiest, and act as cheerleader and support during the search process.
After 12 years running major NYC non-profits, I also am an expert on non-profit management and culture, leadership development, human resources, marketing and fundraising, planning, and other business management subjects. This makes me an excellent coach for non-profit leaders, especially CEO's and Executive Directors.
