HOW?
I know the Chicago creative and marketing (print and web) community because I've lived in it since the beginning of my career (around the time dinosaurs roamed the earth; you know, before Web 2.0 and iPhones).
I understand what it's like to be a freelancer and what it's like to be a hiring manager under deadline, because I've been both.
I also understand budgetary constraints, ROI, impossible project time-lines and staff needs since I've run my own companies.
I've been helping Chicago-area businesses run smoother and make more money by providing them with the exact Talent they need, temporary or full-time, for over 19 years.
I get a kick out of helping people find jobs and helping companies find people. It's my thing - a born matchmaker.
