Judith Sol-Dyess’s Summary

I am a passionate and creative IT professional with experience in strategic planning, online strategy management, project management, software development, selection and implementation. I am currently focused on a complete website overhaul, launching our first employee intranet and developing our social media and networking strategy.

This year, I was instrumental in developing our first three-year technology strategic plan, which was highly praised and received additional funding from our Board of Managers. I was also selected as part of the corporate leadership team for our strategic planning process, participating in both cross-functional SWOT sessions and leading the IT department through the same process. Over the years, I have conducted several strategy sessions for the IT department that have aided IT's alignment into the overall business strategies.

Judith Sol-Dyess’s Specialties:

I have steadily progressed through five positions during my tenure at the same company. I am both organized and flexible, and creative but "process friendly". I can communicate well with senior management, front line staff and technical resources, which allows me to understand "the whole picture" and be both strategic and tactical as needed.
