I am a talented IT professional with over 20 years of systems, technical and management experience in IT technologies within many various industries (manufacturing, distribution, financial, insurance, federal government, colleges and universities, health care and retail).

I have also provided high-level organizational and technical assessment, design and consulting services to county government, educational institution decision-makers and private sector CEOs, CIO’s and CFOs. During my 20 years, I have progressed through multiple roles within my IT background (engineer, programmer, project leader / manager, department manager, trainer, architect, consultant, programmer, network engineer) to my current role as Chief Information Officer for the Transplant Center of Maryland & LifeLogics.

Some of the projects that I have worked on have included real-time integration of multiple applications, databases and devices, client/server and n-tier applications, design and development of high-end financial/business applications, network infrastructure and high-end security assessments, design and development of mission-critical applications, dynamic web sites. My project leadership roles have involved leading project teams in the creation of IT management, staffing, budget and technology plans, organizational assessments, workflow and process flow analysis, business analysis documents, disaster recovery plans, business plans, feasibility studies, ROI analysis, maintenance and operations support plans and all facets of the SDLC model.

I have excellent communication and inter-personnel skills, energetic, self-starter, entrepreneurial, quick learner and a great team player. I am accustom to managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines, adaptable to ever changing priorities.
