I recently changed my legal status here in Thailand to "Sole Proprietor" as an American citizen under the US Treaty of Amity, allowing me to expand my scope of work to include services I am more passionate about.
Instead of hunting for job candidates outside my client's organizations, I am now able to focus on the assessment and development of language and leadership skills within existing staff.
My experience in identifying and assessing potential candidates for jobs where leadership and management skills are required, plus my 10+ years of classroom and curriculum development here in Thailand, as well as my role in the US as a Director of Recruiting and Training, allows me to tailor training needs based on a broader set of client requirements.
