I love solving IT problems, from designing and managing voice and data networks (in one or multiple locations) to troubleshooting afterwards.

What I most enjoy is organizing and juggling all the pieces of a large IT project: the initial design, the evaluation and recommendation of vendors, the management of employees and vendors, and the moment on Monday morning when my co-workers walk into the new office, turn on their computers, pick up their phones and everything works perfectly. That’s when working 18 hour days over the weekend was worth it.

Although I’ve taken a number of courses (and am currently pursuing project management certification), most of my training has been in the best classroom of all: on the job, in the real world.
