I was approached by Nexit to provide strategic consultancy for one of there US portfolio companies, namely Zonepay Inc.
This assignment objective was to provide Nexit with an informed perspective on the current operational, technology, resource and business case rationale for Zonepay Inc.

Primary function: I was approached to help some ex-colleagues in the UK (former 12snap) to validate the existing Technology and Operations team, with a view to expand operations from there traditional IVR service to a Multi Channel service offering. My duties have included, auditing of the existing platform (hardware, middleware, IPVPN), SPOF analysis, audit of team members skills and suitability, recruitment support, setting up new processes and project management controls, identification of technology ASPs to assist Greenland and creation of a budget for the new expansion plans.

Primary function: Acted as Interim CTO/COO reporting to the CEO pending the merger of Mobileway & Inphomatch (now Sybase 365).
My primary role was to stabilise the current technology platform, with the objective to improve the quality of service offered by Mobileway for its 450 global clients. In parallel to this objective I was also responsible for ensuring that all the dependencies were identified for a successful migration from France to a new platform in Singapore, as well as preparatory support for the merging and integration of both companies.

Carried out CMS vendor analysis and implemented a Campaign Management platform and solution for 12snap operations.
