I’m a niche recruiter who works exclusively within the architectural, civil engineering and planning consulting market place. I maintain an exclusive focus in all of the transportation markets: Aviation, Surface (i.e. Highway), Rail, Transit and Ports. In a nutshell, my domain covers all technical and analytical consulting services having to do with the movement of goods and people.
Every day I have two customer populations to serve: Companies who hire me in the search capacity and individual professionals who populate my market space.
For my client companies, I am most often called upon to help satisfy an important hiring need. However, the companies I work with also count on me to keep an eye out for individual talent that makes sense technically, culturally and strategically, and to make these referrals as opportunity allows. I place a great premium on the trust of my clients and always make my recommendations accordingly.
For those individual professionals I have the pleasure of getting to know, I serve as confidante, consigliere and/or coach, whichever or all is their preference. It is my job to treat each person with whom I am honored to work with the sensitivity and professionalism that will give them the confidence to hire me again – perhaps next time as a paying client.
