Jason is currently Director at Spark Communications. Until April 2008, Jason was the Digital Director of Carat Australia where he oversaw digital media accounts including Tourism Australia, Luxottica, EMI, Yum!, IAG and more.
Previously, he performed as the Global Account Director for the Asia Pacific region of the Isobar Network. His duties included the oversight of global accounts, the development of new business and the championing of digital strategies for both the client and agency alike.
Prior to joining Isobar, Jason was the Theatrical Account Manager for Warner Bros. Online where he oversaw the development of some of the most popular entertainment and marketing destinations on the internet including Harry Potter Online, Scooby-Doo Online and many others. During his tenure, which included two promotions, he spearheaded the development of innovative and award-winning digital programs including advertising, viral, mobile and websites for Warner Bros. Pictures, Warner Independent, Warner Television, Warner Bros. Animation and Warner Bros. International.
Before Warner Bros., he had the great pleasure of working for the online division of the video game publisher Electronic Arts where he was a producer for groundbreaking titles including “The Sims Online”, “Majestic the Game”, the release of EA.com and the subsequent integration of Pogo.com. These and other products have become icons in social gaming and as such, are some of his proudest accomplishments.
Jason’s talent in digital production was showcased as a Producer for New York based On2, where he released some of the first interactive streaming video programs the world had seen including “Hot Pix”, “Fast Film Fest” and others. Working side-by-side with talent, writers, designers and programmers, he released pioneering programs on time and under budget.
Finally, in the midst of it all, Jason founded the boutique web-shop Fuel9000.
