It is the effort of a group of aviation lovers (myself included), the Federal Aviation Administration, and Nantucket Airport. The academy takes a lot of organization and planning but always receives great press from a number of sources.

This is a program that has been the highlight of my summers for the past 7 years. We begin planning the second the last one ends. Duties include organizing, planning and coordinating the weeks events with a host of companies and organizations. Other duties include updating and refreshing marketing materials and the website content, promoting the program, leading a team of 40+ volunteers and staff members as well as keeping track of 120 or so campers.
