(Public Company; INTU; Computer Software industry)
August 2005 — Present (4 years 5 months)
I work in the Intuit Innovation Lab. As part of a small team focused on customer driven innovation, I get to learn from small business owners and individuals what is and isn't working for them today. I drive web and socially-oriented projects, evangelizing social software inside and outside the firewall.
(Non-Profit; Non-Profit Organization Management industry)
December 2003 — August 2005 (1 year 9 months)
If it was web-related, I was involved. From input on strategic direction, to launching new or revamping existing sections of the website, to working with contractors, to internal education efforts, I focused on improving jwa.org to further the organization's mission.

September 2000 — December 2003 (3 years 4 months)
I evolved the site architecture and content for both the company intranet and public website. I created the book library, designing and implementing a self-service catalog. I was also the point person for complex software licensing issues.
(Non-Profit; Environmental Services industry)
