Since 2001, Mr. Shinn has focused on addressing the interplay between legal and technology issues in response to meeting increasing legal, judicial, and regulatory obligations. This combined legal/technology experience – often referred to as “e-discovery” – provides the foundation to highlight a client’s litigation risks, opportunities, and options. At the end of the day, Mr. Shinn’s e-discovery experience provides a road map for implementing cost-saving and risk reduction strategies for companies involved in litigation.
