Continuing my mission to facilitate Positive Behavior Change for clients, I work in the classroom, over the web, and with the sales and marketing staff to ensure our clients achieve the results they are looking for.
One of my favorite processes was working long-term with a team of IT professionals from the State of Indiana. We developed a year-long development plan for front line supervisors and experienced managers. Working with them over the course of the year, I was able to home in on their challenges and ensure behavior change took place to achieve greater results

One of my favorite contracts was coaching a solo-preneur, (sole proprietor) through his strategic planning process. He originally came to me seeking help with his sales process. Through my diagnostic questioning, I determined sales ability was not his weakness. Rather, he was not focused on which activities would give him the greatest payoff. We worked through his marketing, education, and sales plan to ensure he stayed on track and closed the most sales.
