Workflowing & maintainable code; XHTML, CSS & clean websites; CMSes, webservers and command-line footling; Javascript, PHP, XML, XSL, all flavours of SQL, Coldfusion, Drupal, Perl; good ideas, novel solutions, hacking, hewing, wringing out a solution, and sometimes just making do.
