My professional experience has always been in being able to develop creative solutions to find data and information. Whether it is analyzing physical evidence in an archaeological context, historical and cultural research in support of humanitarian operations or trending analytic data to create a picture of the online competitive marketspace, my professional experience has, for the past 10 years, been taking the raw data available and turning it into an actionable predictive model. Currently my methodologies are used to create more competitive online models. I have been able to define strategic and tactical models for pharmaceutical companies, financial companies, health care companies and entertainment companies.
I also have strong experience in art and design. As a Marie Walsh Sharpe Scholarship recipient, I have had extensive training in design and color theory. In my spare time, I create art in several different media.
My ideal job would be to work in a creative industry, where my data analytic skills would support my creative training.

Ten Ton Hammer is one of the premiere sites that provide news, analysis and community forums for MMORPG's (Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Games). As one of the community managers, I regularly contribute original content, manage a staff of volunteers, maintain a flow of news and information and contribute to the overall success of the network. Ten Ton Hammer and it's creative staff tackles issues that emerge in the multi-million player base and the multi-billion dollar industry that online games attract. Online games attract a wide segment of the population, from early teen to senior citizens. Society, economics, politics and pop-culture can no longer ignore the influence of online interactive entertainment. Ten Ton Hammer is on the fore-front of that emerging phenomenon.

As the director of business intelligence for MSI, I coordinate and combine aspects of usability research and design, analytics, competitive data from multiple sources and compile them into a cohesive actionable strategy. I directly manage different teams of people to coordinate timely analysis and dissemination of strategies to clients.
I provide strategic competitive and market research services to clients to identify, track and report on key competitors in both the enterprise and small online businesses across multiple search engines, collecting competitive information on products, technical aspects, pricing and market trends.

Psychological Operations (PSYOP) are planned operations to convey selected information and indicators to specific foreign and (in certain countries) domestic audiences to influence their emotions, motives, objective reasoning, and ultimately the behavior of governments, organizations, groups, and individuals. The purpose of psychological operations is to induce or reinforce attitudes and behaviors favorable to the originator's objectives.
My specialty as a PSYOP specialist was to research, develop, test, implement and execute PSYOP operations in support of humanitarian operations in Southeast Asia as well as combat operations in support of Enduring Freedom. After working on the strategic level, I was transferred to PSYOP headquarters, where I was responsible for coordinating PSYOP operations and PSYOP support for global operations.

At Rick Windmiller Archaeological Consulting I fulfilled two essential roles.
Firstly, I was a dig team leader. I was responsible for coordinating personnel, equipment, permits and all aspects of a small to medium scale archaeological excavation in Northern California. As a dig team leader, I was accountable for the successful implementation and completion of artifact collection and accounting, in both onsite and offsite data analysis in compliance with the Native American Graves and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA) and other state and federal laws.
Secondly, as the Archaeological Consultant, I would assemble the archaeological data collected, assist with analysis, prepare both written and graphic design elements for presentation to both California State and corporate representatives in order to assist all interested parties in best serving the economic and natural historic interests.
