Joy has extensive civil litigation experience, including work on wage and hour litigation, employment law matters, and business litigation. In her past practice, Joy has represented employers in defending wrongful termination and sexual harassment claims, in addition to labor and civil code violations. Joy has successfully represented employees, both individually and as a class, in seeking redress for violations of the labor code, wrongful termination, equal pay act, and other important public policy matters. She has handled such matters from client intake through appellate litigation.
