This was a formerly a rival to Creative Labs, and in my role at Media Vision, I was a lead in the customer support division.

One major highlight of my time with Media Vision is when I assiseted them in transitioning their online support systems from bulletin board system (BBS), Compuserve, Prodigy and AOL over to the internet using web, ftp and other protocols.

Back in 1993, there was not really any appreciation for what the web would be, yet we launched a website and were one of the few companies to do so at the time.
