A nation-wide mobile real estate service for Realtors, Brokers and more. Design, development, implementation and maintenance of core scalable SMS application which searches property information using PHP and MySQL. Developed the back-end for staff and realtors/brokers to manage and control SMS property information, tracking/monitoring requests customer data; with features to 'mobile-lock' for targeted property info for customer to realtors via priority locks on mobile numbers, regional/city mobile request/tracking and statistical data collection of the mobile user, and feature similar to a roll-a-deck which sends property info to mobile user based on realtor participation and sorting of realtor contact info on property data. SMS platform also ran routines to collect MLS data feeds from multiple sources and auto-parse and formated for SMS delivery. Created "keyword-specific" custom query engine for building/realtor company/property listings per realtor/broker requests and preference on their admin panels. Used the SMS platform at the REALTOR 2007 National Convention in Las Vegas, NV for live/real-time demonstration purposes and SMS raffling of iPod Nano prizes. Platform also delivered images with SMS property info. Optimized and flexible for many and all major network carriers. Platform uses a SMS simulator for testing/debugging purposes and also able to send batch request to multiple mobile users.
