As an Intern at TNO Arbeid I was assigned with initiating a research initiative into Social Innovation. TNO Arbeid wanted to use the results to enable them to work as business consultants on a more strategic level. Working under only minimal supervision, I developed a theoretical framework, created a way of measuring the constructs and conducted the first phase of the research at the local government of Lelystad in the Netherlands.
