I have been online for more than 20 years and been involved with online marketing for more than 10 years. A second generation "geek" (and proud of it), I find the most pleasure in working in online and marketing related activities. Having experience in private and public speaking (as a consultant, college teacher, guest speaker), most who know me know I am an eager and excited communicator when it comes to the internet and entrepreneurial topics.
I have worked in a few industries, always with some internet/website/marketing role. I feel my technical, marketing and teaching experience has helped me immensely in my career and in my ability to build and foster success and positive relations between diverse teams and individuals.

In this position, I acted as the sole Internet marketer for the University with primary responsibilities being online media planning, buying, and web metrics reporting. Additionally, I taught introductory eCommerce and developed and taught a course on Advanced Web Marketing Trends. I helped increase online leads from 250 month to 1000 month, and web traffic from 20,000 visits per month to 100,000.

A true multi-tasker in this small start-up automotive CRM software company, I helped support customers with the installation, training and use of their CRM software, employees wiht their PC/laptop and networking support as well as with the design, implementation, and marketing of the company website.
Unfortunately, the events of 9/11 put a devestating strain on the direct marketing side of this promising company's revenue and the entire venture closed shop as a result.
