Joshua Rudd began working as a graphic designer in 1995 and started developing websites in 1997. After studying communication design and photography at the University of North Texas and Le Clef in Saint Germain-en-Laye, France, he returned to Dallas in 2001 to work as a cultural strategist for City Reach Austin and continue as a freelance designer. In 2004 he began the design/development collaborative under[de]construction and later the photography & new media group, rearviewWindow LLC. In the spring of 2006, Joshua and his family moved to San Francisco and soon joined Pentagram Design as Senior Interaction Designer. In September 2007 he rejoined former colleagues at the newly formed Brick Design.
Joshua has worked with a range of clients including AIGA, Brinks, Inc., California Academy of Sciences, Cannon Design, City of Hope, explore Annenberg, Fuego, Memorex, Microsoft, National University, Nokia Telecommunications, Pentagram Design, Stanford Law School, Starbucks, Symantec and University of California, Riverside.
