I build and improve systems, products, sites, and ideas. Be it the service department at an Apple Specialist, a website, a software product, or a business process, I obsess over the gap between what is, and what could be.
I thrive working in small, collaborative, interdisciplinary teams where my leadership and contribution can bring direction in a diverse environment to create something new and amazing.
I’m not interested in lip service, I’m interested in doing great things.

I'm proud to have been the Service Manager at America's Best Independent Mac Store, according to Cult of Mac.
While at The MacSuperstore I transformed the Service Department's physical space, process, policy, and customer interaction to better serve our customers.
Our service team, which included myself, a handful of great technicians, an amazing service administrator, and a very customer-focused service counter technician reduced turnaround times, increased department profitability and efficiency under a rapidly growing workload. Which means the whole team did a great job.
