I've worked as an Account Manager for the past few years providing both the technical support as well as the business aspects to help our customers understand how our technology fits into their process. Prior to that I focused mainly on the technical aspects as both an on-site representative as well as over the phone remote support.
In Houston, I've mainly focused on supporting NASA on various programs including the ISS, Orion, Constellation, Space Shuttle, X-38, and others.
In addition, in 2003 I served as a member of the Columbia Accident Investigation Board helping to provide mission reconstruction of the events as they transpired.
Prior to AGI, I worked at Lockheed Martin Space Systems in Sunnyvale CA as the Lead Communications Test Engineer for MILSTAR as a part of the MilSatComm team.
