I honestly have no idea how to describe my job right now, other than I'm a creative coder by trade who over the years has grown into a web technology strategist. My day-to-day consists of:
@ Working on the MaRS 2009 web strategy
@ Advising entrepreneurs on how they can use the web for their innovative idea/business (part of MaRS' offering)
@ Maintaining all of the MaRS web presences (there are many)
@ Convening and contributing to efforts of people involved in social technology
@ Defining the mission and vision of web tech at MaRS (and the community) and grow it into something I haven't quite figured out yet
@ A heck of a lot of meetings

* Assist in development and maintenance of technical standards for the Technology department
* Provide advanced knowledge of currently implemented technologies and research new and emerging technologies for Critical Mass
* Support Lead Developers in developing strong relationships with team members within the department as well as company wide
* Ensure all Technology department processes are understood and implemented (when applicable) company wide
* Participate in and lead evaluations and performance reviews of Technology department team members
* Act as in-house expert on various technologies and assist others in learning these technologies
