NEWMAN INTERNATIONAL (since 1989). Independent consultant specialized as financial advisor for the provision of collateral guarantees in megaprojects, with specially designed collateral programs organized to obtain counterparty credit rating AAA for project finance, corporate debt emissions, adquisitions, corporate finance and venture capital.

We coordinate operations between Investment Funds, Banks and JVA's partners with investors or sponsors in big project finance (more than 100 M EUR). This takes almost all of my working time, and foresee to be busy on it during the next five to ten years (Ojalá!)

Right now I'm setting up a corporate and financial structure in Dubai and Abu Dahbi (UAE, United Arab Emirates), coordinating two big scale Joint Ventures in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, setting up a REIT (Real Estate Investment Fund) and a 'green' fund, both in USA, and amazed by how many things I shall learn yet.

Very active in non-profit associations: Vice-President at Spanish Managers Association AED (www.aed96.es, www.directivoscede.com), representing 41 associations and more than 70,000 managers, Member of the Board at ATAV, Member of Club of Spanish Exporters and Investors
