Realizing that business opportunities can be created online but in most cases not finalized online, means that while looking at -and working with- technology, we should not loose focus of the human interaction aspect. We create technology that helps people work more effective instead of just more. I believe that the next generation of internet tooling will be designed with less buttons to press, helping people do their job instead of complicating it.
We have to be careful not to loose the people that have to use technology along the way of creating even more interesting opportunities to choose from.
