Hired to get the Danish Jayway branch started for real after a couple of years with slow growth. Created value until now:
►Promoted Jayway to almost every important company that uses Java as their platform.
►Connected Jayway to the most important and best selling consultant brokers in Denmark.
►Established the Jayway knowledge network that now have more members than the Danish Java user group on LinkedIn. Currently 3 seminars have been held with 90% of the seats filled.
►Recruited key personnel for Jayways future.
►Got the basic paperwork in top shape (company handbook, new employment contacts, etc,)
►Established simple and efficient tools to handle e-mails, meeting booking, customer relationship, time registration, invoices, etc.
►Launched 2 projects. A competence system that every way-company now uses (http://kperson.net) and an IT-specialist search engine (http://it-specialister.net).
