►Promoted Jayway to almost every important company that uses Java as their platform.
►Connected Jayway to the most important and best selling consultant brokers in Denmark.
►Established the Jayway knowledge network that now have more members than the Danish Java user group on LinkedIn. 3 seminars have been held with 90% of the seats filled.
►Recruited key personnel for Jayways future.
►Got the basic paperwork in top shape (company handbook, new employment contacts, etc,)
►Established simple and efficient tools to handle e-mails, meeting booking, customer relationship, time registration, invoices, etc.
